THE HOME

Tucked away on a quiet oceanside street this three bedroom apartment offers peace and tranquillity only footsteps from the breathtaking white sands of Yaroomba beach. Located on the first floor the apartment has recently been remodelled with stylish decor and contemporary finishings for the ultimate in holiday style and comfort.

Guests can relax and enjoy time together in the generous open plan living and dining area which opens out to a balcony with picturesque ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for holiday entertaining, with a long breakfast bar, induction cooktop, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and large pantry.

The gorgeous master suite overlooks the ocean with sliding doors opening out to the front balcony capturing cooling sea breezes and includes a stylish ensuite, walk in wardrobe, TV and ceiling fan. Two additional bedrooms are spacious and share a luxury bathroom with rainfall shower head. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

A sunny communal swimming pool is set amongst landscaped gardens at the rear of the complex while secure basement parking and internal stairs make for easy and secure access to the apartment. Perfectly positioned just footsteps from access to Yaroomba beach this property is sure to make any holiday unforgettable.

THE LOCATION

Pt Arkwright is a small beachside suburb of the Sunshine Coast located between Coolum in the north and Mt Coolum to the south. Featuring beach tracks along spectacular coastline and accessing the northern end of Yaroomba beach, a holiday at Pt Arkwright offers a quieter getaway than bustling Coolum Beach yet is just a three minute drive away. Popular with locals, the coastline between Coolum and Mt Coolum provides plenty of places for fishing, surfing, swimming and relaxing by the rock pools.

Coolum Beach esplanade is just a short drive or walk away and has many dining and shopping alternatives for visitors. There are also parks, lookouts, a coastal boardwalk, library, bowling club, supermarkets and the award winning Coolum Surf Club.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is just fifteen minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hours drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

HOUSE RULES/POLICIES

NO PETS POLICY

In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

NO SMOKING POLICY

The house & property grounds are completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.

NO PARTIES POLICY

Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.

BOND MONEY

Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
