THE HOME

Positioned directly across the road from the short track to Mudjimba Beach, this beautifully renovated vacation home combines style and serenity in an unrivalled location. Spread across two levels this home offers three generous bedrooms, one with two bunks and a balcony, this property provides year round comfort, with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

An open plan kitchen and dining area on the lower level is complete with an 8 seater dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen including a servery to the outdoor entertaining area, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop and wall mounted oven. Guests can also enjoy covered alfresco dining with an outdoor setting and BBQ provided on the spacious outdoor patio.

Relax and wind down with friends and loved ones in the living area.  It features comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Visitors can also enjoy complimentary WIFI for the duration of their stay. Additional features of this fantastic townhouse include an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach, a fully fenced yard, off street parking for two vehicles and a fully equipped laundry.

There are numerous peaceful spaces in this home to take a break away from the hustle and bustle of life and curl up with your favourite holiday novel. Or pack up your towel or surfboard and wander along to the shores of beautiful Mudjimba Beach for a refreshing dip or relaxing stroll. THE LOCATION

Mudjimba Beach is an unspoiled coastal haven just a stone’s throw from Maroochydore and 90 minutes from Brisbane. The endless, golden sands of Mudjimba are bounded by the Maroochy River and the Pacific Ocean. Tucked away off the main road, this glorious beach has been given ‘hidden gem’ status and is the perfect getaway for those seeking a truly relaxing beach holiday with friends and family.

This aquatic playground is patrolled daily and you should only swim between the flags near Mudjimba Surf Club’s watch tower in case of rips or strong currents. Along the beach you’ll find excellent fishing spots. For surfers there are consistent surf breaks along the beach. The patrolled parts of the beach are perfect for the kids’ swimming and boogie boarding adventures. Adjacent to Mudjimba Surf Club is a fantastic children’s playground which is well-shaded and grassy. Covered barbecues and picnic tables make this a great spot for a long, lazy lunch or to unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque. Just across the road there are numerous eateries serving everything from traditional fish ‘n’ chips to organic, locally-grow fare and espresso coffee.

A short drive away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Coolum Beach, Noosa, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is just five minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hour’s drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

Aside from the obvious aquatic attractions, holiday makers love to walk along the fine sands of the beach stretching northwards all the way to Pt Arkwright, and southwards to the Maroochy River. A small library of holiday books and some favourite games might help to pass the time on lazy days. Golfers are spoiled for choice with outstanding 18-hole golf courses at nearby Twin Waters and Coolum Resorts. Fisherman will happily wet their lines in surf or river. Cyclists may want to bring their bikes to make the most of paths meandering through she-oaks and paperbarks. For those seeking longer excursions, outstanding scenic cycling loops to Noosa, Mooloolaba or the hinterland villages atop the Blackall Range (Mapleton, Flaxton, Montville or Maleny) will get the heart and lungs pumping. Naturally, all of these attractions (and more) can be also be reached by car, and for most, this will be the preferred mode of transport.

HOUSE RULES/POLICIES

NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.

NO PARTIES POLICY

Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
