This modern, two storey townhouse is beautifully appointed with modern fittings and comfortable furnishings all within easy walking distance of the beach. Nestled amongst a collection of architecturally designed contemporary beach shacks in the quiet enclave of Town of Seaside, this fabulous property offers privacy and sophistication for your next beachside vacation.
A spacious kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and dining setting for six combines seamlessly with the open plan living space complete with air conditioning and LCD TV for guests to enjoy mealtimes and relax together during their stay. A covered alfresco balcony has a BBQ and outdoor furniture for visitors to make use of both day and night. There is also a communal swimming pool available, plus lock up garaging and full laundry facilities within the house itself.
Guests are accommodated downstairs in one of two queen bedrooms, or upstairs in the master retreat complete with ensuite and direct balcony access. Unwind to the tranquil sound of the birds in the nearby bushland, take a stroll to the beach or park, or travel the short distance to Coolum where you will find a myriad of shops, restaurants and stunning walkways to keep you entertained during your stay.

Mt Coolum is a small, quiet suburb tucked away beneath the natural beauty of Mt Coolum, with surrounding bushland and quiet beaches providing a unique location for a peaceful holiday escape. Nearby Coolum is a surfing and golfing mecca, with a carefree holiday atmosphere distinct from its neighbouring beach towns. The long shopping and entertainment strip has a stunning outlook across a large beachfront park, and its leafy backstreets quietly traverse this beautiful coastal town in constant view of Mount Coolum, a grand volcanic dome that presides over the landscape. The beautiful and tranquil bays of Coolum offer quiet solitude and are just a short stroll away while the shops and cafes of Coolum Esplanade can be easily reached by walking along the picturesque coastal timber boardwalk.
Just a 15 minute drive to Maroochy River where you can hire a variety of water craft such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards and fishing boats or pontoons. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just ten minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hours drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PETS POLICY
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
