A gas BBQ and outdoor setting are perfect for alfresco meals while the modern kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and feature splashback plus adjoining dining space with bespoke timber bench table ideal for casual holiday dining with friends and family.

The main bedroom features a sumptuous king size bed, built in wardrobe, private deck access and a sprawling luxury ensuite, while the second bedroom can be set up as a king bed or two singles and adjoins the main bathroom.

Families with kids and small pets will love the fully fenced yard and easy access to the walkway at the rear of the property offering an easy route to the beach, nearby play park and shops, all just a flat walk away. Additional features of the home include louvre windows, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WIFI, HDMI cable, off-street parking plus laundry facilities with washing machine and outdoor washing line.

By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
