Positioned in an enviable beachfront location with your own direct beach access through protected nature reserve, this spacious home is the perfect base for a fun and restful coastal vacation. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as multiple “chill out” zones throughout the house, this is the ideal location for friends and family to spread out, relax and unwind.
Featuring, complimentary Wifi, stylish and comfortable furnishings, the open plan living space incorporates the kitchen, downstairs living area and dining nook. The comfortable living area flows easily outside to a covered alfresco space, complete with BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor setting to seat eight people and a solar heated inground swimming pool. A dining nook provides a dining table with seating for ten people and opens out to a second alfresco area overlooking the swimming pool.
Guests can enjoy communal meals during their stay, with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, stone benchtops, walk-in pantry and island benchtop with stools for casual dining. There is also an air conditioned media room downstairs for enjoying relaxed downtime together and creating special holiday memories.
A queen bedroom with walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan and louvre windows is situated on the ground level, while upstairs is another queen bedroom and further two bedrooms each with two king single beds. A sprawling master suite or parents retreat is also positioned on the upper level and offers a private balcony overlooking the nature reserve, ensuite with spa bath and double vanity, queen bed and spacious walk in wardrobe. Listen to the sound of the nearby waves crashing on the beach as you fall asleep in the evening or wake up in the morning.
In addition to the master ensuite, there is also a full family bathroom situated on both the ground level and upstairs, with additional features of the home including a fully equipped laundry, upstairs living area, two LCD TVs and an outdoor sink and shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Marcoola holidays mean uncrowded beaches and quiet surrounds, giving you and your family time to rest and enjoy the sand and the sun in peace. Just 10 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport, visitors can step off a plane and into a beach holiday with no fuss or extended travel time.
Perfectly positioned between the beauty of the Maroochy River to the south, and the bustle of Coolum Beach to the north, visitors to the area can enjoy surfing, hiking, fishing, boating, biking or walking on one of the many coastal tracks, or just relaxing with friends and family at one of the many award winning eateries nearby. Unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque or picnic at Marcoola’s open grassy parkland, shady trees and children’s park.
A short drive or bike ride away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES:
NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PETS POLICY
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until after your departure.
