The living area offers a wide lounge with chaise and a Smart TV complete with Netflix.
The home is complete with three queen bedrooms, two with built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and louvre windows, while the spacious master suite offers direct access to the timber balcony, sweeping hinterland views, an ensuite with shower and double vanity and a walk in wardrobe. A large family bathroom is stylish and offers a full bath and shower as well as a separate toilet/powder room. There is also an additional room downstairs with its own private deck area and the availability of two double Euro beds to accommodate extra guests.
The property is set on a fully fenced block with a flat lawn area and landscaped gardens, no garage access,secure off street parking. Additional features include a full laundry with washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, complimentary WIFI, and ceiling fans and tiling throughout the home.

Coolum is a surfing and golfing mecca, with a carefree holiday atmosphere distinct from its neighbouring beach towns. Its long shopping and entertainment strip has a stunning outlook across a large beachfront park, and its leafy backstreets quietly traverse this beautiful coastal town in constant view of Mount Coolum, a grand volcanic dome that presides over the landscape. A short stroll away from the heart of Coolum you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by.
Just a 15 minute drive to Maroochy River where you can hire a variety of water craft such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards and fishing boats or pontoons. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just ten minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hours drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

By prior arrangement, well behaved and trained pets are welcome as guests at this property. We respectfully remind pet owners that this house is also a holiday venue for non-pet owners, so your care and attention is much appreciated.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
