CLASSIC BEACHHOUSE AT YAROOMBA
This fantastic ‘classic’ beach house is spread across two levels and provides accommodation for groups of up to ten people. A huge kitchen, dining, living area opens onto an oceanside covered deck complete with Webber gas BBQ, high powered spotlights to illuminate the night jungle, and stereo speakers. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of quality glassware, crockery and cutlery, an induction cooktop and oven, large refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave. The lounge has a large LCD TV, stereo with IPod connection, and a DVD player with modest library, with switching to isolate in or out speakers. Dining options include an indoor table seating ten, a table on the deck seating eight, a rustic four person table setting, and a breakfast nook for four.
The upstairs master bedroom is complete with an ensuite, while a second bedroom with queen size bed, a single bedroom and a large new bathroom with separate toilet are also located on the upper level. Downstairs there is a spacious bunk room with five single beds, a rumpus room with ample seating and an LCD TV, and a separate laundry and toilet.
All rooms have ceiling or pedestal fans. Baby gates are supplied for use at the top of both stairwells. There is a hot water outdoor garden shower. The house has one garage, and a single paved parking pad, with plenty of street parking available.
Early morning surf checks are as easy as wandering down the track to the beach, while guests can relax and fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking nearby. This awesome beach house offers space and tranquillity in an unrivalled position for anyone looking to create lasting holiday memories with family and friends.

Yaroomba is a small beachside suburb of the Sunshine Coast located between Coolum in the north and Mt Coolum to the south. Featuring beach tracks along spectacular coastline and its own white sand surf beach, a holiday at Yaroomba offers a quieter getaway than bustling Coolum Beach yet is just a three minute drive away. Popular with locals, the coastline between Coolum and Mt Coolum provides plenty of places for fishing, surfing, swimming and relaxing by the rock pools.
Coolum Beach esplanade is just over the headland and has many dining and shopping alternatives for visitors. There are also parks and lookouts, a coastal boardwalk, library, bowling club, supermarkets and the award winning Coolum Surf Club. A short drive or bike ride away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just fifteen minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hour’s drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this tranquil yet central location.

NO PETS POLICY
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
