The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a covered balcony overlooking the ocean as well as an additional balcony at the rear. Two bedrooms have queen beds, with the master featuring an ensuite and a third bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom features both a bath and shower. With a communal swimming pool and BBQ area, all linen supplied and baby items such as a cot, high chair etc available for hire, this apartment is sure to provide all the comforts of home in a beautiful beachside location.

Coolum is a surfing and golfing mecca, with a carefree holiday atmosphere distinct from its neighbouring beach towns. Its long shopping and entertainment strip has a stunning outlook across a large beachfront park, and its leafy backstreets quietly traverse this beautiful coastal town in constant view of Mount Coolum, a grand volcanic dome that presides over the landscape. The Rocks Holiday Apartments are located on David Low Way, directly opposite the iconic Coolum Beach boardwalk and just a 150m walk from the nearest beach access and Coolums shops, cafes, restaurants and patrolled surf beach. A short stroll away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. Just a 15 minute drive to Maroochy River where you can hire a variety of water craft such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards and fishing boats or pontoons. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

This is a very comfortable, beautifully clean and excellently appointed apartment. With a stunning outlook along Coolum Beach, a spacious private balcony, its own lock up garage and lift to the apartment this is the perfect base for enjoying the Sunshine Coast. Vic and Jean are very friendly and welcoming hosts who drove up from Brisbane to greet us and show us around the apartment. We loved their many personal touches which made us feel very much at home. Altogether this is a great place for a great holiday in a great part of the coast and we thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic apartment with spectacular ocean views. Quick walk across the road to the beach and also walking distance to the main shops and restaurants in Coolum. The place was clean and spacious. We had a lovely holiday and will be sure to try and stay here again!

This is a lovely apartment with everything you'll need to have a comfortable stay in Coolum. Location is perfect- 2 minute walk along the beachfront to all cafes and shops and main beach. Wonderful views from third floor which is especially appealing during whale season.
NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PARTIES POLICY
To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
